ok, I had to come back to Fatsecret.. I needed to keep record of what I'm eating and that helps me get the weight off... that and the gym. Down from 189 to 138 on a good day my goal is now 130 if I can muster it.. I have more muscles than I thought I would have so it might not be possible but I'm giving it a shot.

changing my vitamins and food supplements, lower calories and higher nutritional value. which leaves me with more energy. finally hit size 10! started at size 18!

The scale said 151 this a.m. which bites, but I know I'm doing what I can to make it happen. I'm eating correctly at every chance I get, keeping the portions under control, no Dairy, no meat basically, chicken from time to time but less than 2 oz, Tuna today 1 6 oz can and tons of beans, lentils and tofu. Loving the way I feel. I had feet issues and had to wear only tennis shoes because without the support my feet were killing me... Sandels all day long today in a dress! Thanks to the efforts I have taken. I work out most every day at lunch time, 1.25-1.5 hours at a gym and shower head back to work. Then to class after work, and sometimes I can squeeze a little after school work out in at a membership gym I am at. Love that also, getting used to free weights. I want to start building muscle rather than just burning fat with cardio and see the six pack on my abs.. I feel them there just need to get the fat off the top. I usually do 2 hours cardio a day and have a desk job that involves a good deal of up and down to help customers, so I get excercise. I work on the 4th floor and have given up the elevator completely, used to only ride it up and would walk down but since the feet don't hurt, well I did away with that as well. I have the beginning of arthritis in my hands due to typing and computer work and sewing. But the change in diet away from dairy has reduced swelling in my hands and I haven't wanted to take Aleve in about a month and a half, which makes me feel good about me and my efforts. The big thing is that EVERYONE notices how happy I feel and look, the smile is a bit brighter I talk to just about everyone I pass with a smile and feel good.
I want to get to 135.. and I have 15 lbs to go, I think my goal will be by December to make that a reality then I want to find out about body sculpting because just once I want to look in the mirror and think .. dang.. is that me!
