not eating alot but excersicing multiple times daily and loving how I feel. Havent eaten cheese in forever, no meat either and that is really the best part. Ran outside for the first time in years this a.m. in Texas! hot sweaty but great!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 36.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
