So I’ve lost weight because I’m trying to do a lean bulk so eating in a slight caloric deficit. But I still want to increase my weight. On thé plus side, PFF has dropped by 1.2% but picked up a good 1kg of muscle which is good news. If I continue on this trend I will be ready for my first competition by next year which is all that matters
182.3 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’m currently doing it on the side because I am a student, but I am definitely trying to go as far as I can go and a goal is to win The Anold Amature Classic Africa.
