So I decided to start today in a very good way. So I made high protein oat pancakes with bacon. I initially thought this would be a lie calorie but high protein. Until I logged the food and saw how hectic it was. 2030 calories…. But it’s a good thing I’m bulking 😂

So I’ve lost weight because I’m trying to do a lean bulk so eating in a slight caloric deficit. But I still want to increase my weight. On thé plus side, PFF has dropped by 1.2% but picked up a good 1kg of muscle which is good news. If I continue on this trend I will be ready for my first competition by next year which is all that matters
