A bit of terrible emotional binge eating to shoot me back a couple of steps... But my slump ended yesterday with a total calorie burn of over 800 yesterday. Back on track now...

We work hard enough to enjoy our spoils today! So don't feel guilty about eating too much or all the sweet luxuries, remember today is not even 1% of the 365 days a year that we work hard... Give yourself a break today.

Hi All!!
I'd like to take this opportunity to start a discussion for many of us. I am almost 100% sure of this. . .
For those with more experience in this, I'd like to know how does one learn about macros and what your food is made up of??
I find my issue isn't meeting my caloric needs anymore. However, I can never get my macros correct.
I know that this topic comes with much study and knowledge of foods.... But quite frankly, I don't have the time for that.
Any tips or hacks regarding knowing your macros better?
How do you measure, and monitor your macros?
