This mornings weigh-in was an awesome surprise!!!
When I took my break 3 weeks ago, I was up to 77kgs....
I then took my 3 week break from training, and ate without counting calories...
I'm not sure what caused this weight loss (4kgs in 3 weeks) but I'm glad Im almost where I was before I hit my roadblock.
Back to serious training tomorrow!

Morning FS peeps! I'm back and feeling good!
Yes, I haven't weighed in yet (I can feel a bit of weight gain, but I'm still fitting my 34/36, so I'm perfectly happy and comfortable with that)
I'm starting to count calories again from today on. I've ordered myself some awesome high protein products, so I will get back to training later in the week (work is a bit hectic at the moment, and I'm also a tad sick).
I missed you people!
At least I found some screws for my head in these two weeks.

Hi all
I'm going quiet for a little while. I've had a bit of a set back emotionally, and I'm needing to take a break from dieting and training so hard. I've decided to break for a week just to give my body some time to reset....
I've been struggling with maintaining my weight at a certain place, and 4kg weight gain has freaked me out.
So I just need a break right now. I'm going to eat and chill so that I've gotten stronger emotionally. See you all in a week.
