Morning All. I'd just like to share this information.
Somebody referred me to a page on Facebook called Macros Inc. They are extremely helpful on this app, as they have professionals that help you find your macro goals, according to what your preferences are (weight loss, maintenance, or bulk/muscle building). I was struggling to find a comfortable place to maintain my weight to what it is now, even if I can still drop another 3kgs. That will come with time. This page has helped me to find the correct place I should be at, as well as working out your p,f,c macros as well! Great help! If any of you are struggling, feel free to join this page. They don't judge and are very helpful and there's tons of information here that we can soak up!

Haven't been recording these last few days. I've been by family ( the same very family that thinks I'm "too thin"). So I had to drop counting calories , watching what I eat, and training for 4 days :O :/. But I'm home now. Will start counting tomorrow again, and I already started training after I returned because I was getting anxiety from not training eating correctly. Will do a weigh-in later in the week when I pluck up the courage to get on that scale....

Been using my off week to the best of my abilities.
Including today, I have a total of 230 minutes training time!
Very proud of this, as I normally don't even get to 180 minutes in my working week.

Just had arm day.... Does it even look like I lift weights??? (sorry for the armpit bush.... I hate shaving in winter)
