I keep seeing and reading about other diets - Oprah's, FatSmash, Weight Watchers - and I thinking it's keeping me from committing to any diet at all. Also, I have trouble committing to eating 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. I can't seem to get control of my time. I think if I can discipline myself to eating regularly scheduled meals, that will be 1/2 the battle. That is my first goal.
