I keep seeing and reading about other diets - Oprah's, FatSmash, Weight Watchers - and I thinking it's keeping me from committing to any diet at all. Also, I have trouble committing to eating 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. I can't seem to get control of my time. I think if I can discipline myself to eating regularly scheduled meals, that will be 1/2 the battle. That is my first goal.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

That is a great first goal. But don't think of it as a diet, diet is a four letter word, think of it as healthy life choices. One thing O do to help is on the weekend I get all the snacks ready in portion sizes so all I have to do is grab one and go. That might help for the snacks.
