Ok, started today calculating food intake and work out. Kind of scared that I can work out for 2.5 hours at the gym and my heart monitor records something in the realm of 1430 calories but I couldn't eat more than 1445 calories.. what the heck... Everything I find says that I need to eat more and in the area of 2000 per day at this pace.. not sure what to do to beef it up, want to eat healthy but not sure how to add....
