OMG I was so bad this weekend!!!!
That's ok though because I know it was water weight that I put on because of the alcohol I was drinking. (bad girl) I really wasn't bad as for as food goes though. I had an order of veal cutlets-yes breaded and veggies with salad. For Sunday I had eggs, 2 pieces of bacon and 2 pork sausage with coffee and for lunch I had a croissant-yes bad choice- and for dinnier bbq chicken and salad. Not really bad food choices - they weren't perfect but they weren't bad. I will use this whole week to try and get myself back to the 183 - I don't think that it will be a problem. Walking tonight and hopefully every night this week will help to improve my self challenges.

The weekends are sure hard on everyone :), I hope you get some good results with a clean week. I have decided my weekends of cheating are over, I am tired of losing the same pound over and over...but with no cheating this weekend I gained because I didnt eat enough and not enough water..geez :(

I know it is kind of annoying to know that what you just did all week is gone by a few bad choices on the weekend. Oh well sometimes if you don't have fun and do something you really want to do it will hinder your success anyway. Here's hoping that everyone will succeed with a clean week. :)
