um seharian ini udah input telur ceplok, telor dadar, putih telur, nasi putih, cireng, dada ayam, sayur asem, tempeh, pisang, terong, oatsy havermout oatmeal, kacang tanah 30 gram sm barusan mnum yakult beb. jadi hari ini 1788kal ^^

Han... Itukan asupan kolesterol harianmu sis,, klu kolesterol totalmu kan gk tau.. Cek lab dulu klu mau minum simvastatinnya, tktnya km gk ad kolesterol tinggi, in cm asupan kolesterol harian aj, besok2 input dulu makanan yg berlemak, kolesterol lbh jng lbh dr jatah harian(200mg) /hari sis

Agustini.... Karbo 150-200g Gula 50g max Serat. 25g Protein. 20% Sodium 2000max Lemak. 30% Tolong diralat klu ad yg salah...
