Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425 °F (210 °C).
  2. Toss first 6 ingredients in a shallow medium-sized baking dish.
  3. Cover; bake 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 20 minutes more.
  4. Sprinkle with almonds.
