Directions
- Sauté minced celery, finely chopped green onion, and finely chopped green pepper in 1/4 stick of butter until soft.
- Combine remaining ingredients, except for the crab meat, and heat to a simmer.
- Add crab meat and heat thoroughly.
- Serve with warm sourdough rolls and hot sauce.
