Blueberry Muffins

Gluten-free baked treat for snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Cream butter and white sugar until light.
  3. Add egg and vanilla.
  4. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
  5. Crush blueberries with fork and mix into the batter.
  6. Fill muffin cups with batter. Sprinkle cane sugar evenly over the muffins and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Remove muffins from tin and cool for at least 30 minutes.
