I've reached my initial goal of 114 lbs...now readjusting to 110 lbs, though I'm not sure if I will be able to it the target now that I have less exercise on my schedule. Summer is over here in the Philippines, and it is time to get back to my studies on top of my work.
Looking back, I am happy I decided to lose weight. Now I am able to wear my old clothes which are still functional.
Cheers to all of us here who decided to stay healthy.
