I live in a 10 story building and I walked up all 10 floors. BUT>>> not all at once.Remember I am 72 years old LOL. Walked up 4 flights then walked the hall to catch my breath then up 2 more flights. Walked hall again the on up the last 4 flights. Then down . PHEW !!! NOw to do that everyday and make it a habit.

Refrigerator full of mixed greens and sweet onion , cooked meat ready to add to the salads, cheese, cucumber etc.

Tomorrow I am going to weigh in . I thik I did pretty good this week. Hope for at least a lb.
Did buy those veggies and fixing home made chicken soup for the evening meal.

Trying to buy more veggies so I have them on hand.
Eating pig rines for a snack sometimes with salsa.
Drinking 8 glasses of water.
