Today - it starts! After a weekend of football, family cookouts, and a wedding, I'm really ready to start eating healthy and making a committment to exercise every day.
I've been having trouble sleeping lately, so I'm hoping that by exercising daily, I'll sleep better and feel better. Plus, I hope it helps me lose those final 17 pounds. :)

I ate pretty well yesterday, except for my snacking. I tried to stop after one granola bar, but I was still hungry, so I ate 2 more... Then after I finished my two "tacos" I (for some reason) decided to polish off the zucchini bread that we had in the fridge. At least it's gone now, and I won't be eating it anymore.
