Didn't want to do it. Wasn't pretty. Wasn't perfect. BUT...I DID IT! Happy Friday!

I have family staying with me for the weekend. Nephew's 1st birthday party! It's going to fun. Thankfully, it is at my house so I'll be able to eat my own food. Tonight I'm making seasoned pulled pork so there is no added sugar. Just savory. People can make sliders w/pineapple and swiss cheese. I'm going to make mine into a salad. Plus I'm making coleslaw, but I use stevia as a sweetener. NO one has ever been able to tell the difference. :) Maybe I'll get some low carb buns or wraps.
What's your favorite workout? I find all of mine on youtube and am always looking for a new one!

9/2 workout = 18 minute HIIT. 1 min on 10 sec rest.
skiers, mtn climbers, burpees, squat jumps, rope jump, jumping jacks, high knees, lunges w/25lb weight

Well, didn't see a big change in the scale this week. However, I know I followed my nutrition plan nearly to the T and worked out hard twice so I'm trusting the process. My clothes fit loosely or simply just fit and I'll take that over a number change this week! Transforming to lean...not just thin. Goal this week will be to do at least 3 workouts. That is the minimum number of workouts I'd like to have every week for the rest of my life and feel like I can sustain no matter how crazy schedules get.
Setting myself up to feel successful so I can maintain the lifestyle changes.

MAn...did great last week on my workouts and slacked after my last one recorded. Got back on that train today. Feels good. Doing well with nutrition. I was super hungry on Friday so ate probably closer to 2000 calories and more carbs...maybe 40-50. So not a real cheat, but did throw me out of ketosis. Still happy with my approach to nutrition and proud of myself for not getting into any unhealthy cycles.

Today's workout - killer legs - squats, lunges, plyo lunges, dead lifts.
Hit my goal of 2lbs. Stayed true to nutrition plan even at a party with cupcakes and wine. Exceeded my expectations and excercised 5 times this week. It paid off.
