Hi!!! I am a very active person. I enjoy walking so much with my dog. Most of the time, we walk deep into the woods. We have many black bears in our county and I put bells on my dog. Most bears keep their distance. I think it is so much fun to be outside in the fresh air. You get a better workout than being on a treadmill, that's for sure. And you save all your money by not paying a gym. So far I have lost over thirty pounds. I am just on my way to losing the rest. I also walk with my husband, with my kids or with my friends. After losing over thirty pounds, I don't really have to watch what I eat so I am lucky that way. I have gotten so many compliments from my husband lately that he has started to lose weight too! My kids are even giving me compliments. I am so happy this week because I fit in a kid size 13 jeans!!!!! My husband and I have been celebrating our weight loss weekly...lots of date nights!!!! We also take a special trip each week to celebrate!
