Well today I found out my gym membership has expired and I'm struggling with the idea of buying a new one because I'll only be able to use it for 1/2 the month...the rest of the time I'll be on vacation. So as I sit in my office today I want to say that on Friday at my weigh-in for the week I was 211.4 lbs...down considerably from where I thought I was at on Wednesday of last week. I've started to take the Green Coffee Bean Extract so that may have had something to do with the weight loss. My low carb struggle has continued and I find my mind playing tricks on me to have some sweets.

Building muscle and striping off the fat seems to be a big struggle for me now and I know will be for a bit. I just need to keep on keeping on...15 working days until vacation and then I'll reassess where I'm at.
