Really flubbed up on my eating at the end of yesterday but at least with the my calories burned I was only 324 left so I managed to burn it off. Hunger was a problem yesterday. We have a dinner today so I have to try to be good. We will see how it goes.
Well I did pretty good at the dinner. The pulled pork was so good and I thought about going back for a little more but I said no because I wanted a lil piece of chocolate cake. I did good....the piece was small, my portions were small and I did not go back for seconds. Went grocery shopping. This is the first time I have gotten groceries since I started my cutting back so it was getting hard for me to find anything "good for me" to eat. Read labels and did pretty well I think. Going to try to weigh on Tuesday for the first time. I started on a Tuesday and weekends are the hardest for me so I think Tuesdays are good because it gives me a day bak into my routine before I "own up" each week. Lol. Looking forward to seeing my progress no matter what the scales say. Starting to feel better so even if I don't lose weight it is going to give me a baseline to adjust. Everyday of good eating counts so I am not going to lose momentum just because the scales might not show it at first.

Went back last night and ate a nutty bar but that still only put me at 1300 calories without even deducting any calories burned. I am not going to say I deserved it because that is a hole that just gets bigger the more you dig it. (If I tell myself that once I tend to tell myself more than once and end up eating one every day because I "deserve it"). Got up early this morning and got to work on my housework. There's enough here to get a " good" workout......SERIOUSLY!!!! May not get to walk today. Spitting rain on and off. Maybe I can pull out the stationary bike instead. Well......lots to do.

Started my journey 4 days ago and joined 3 days ago. My first few days i felt like i was starving. Made it to Friday and the only thing I have been craving are Sprite 0 and dt Dr Pepper......not sweets......go figure!? The starving is getting more tolerable. Lol. I increased my calorie intake and have been watching my ratios on my fat, protein and carbs more closely. I went to the grocery store after work and got me a lean cuisine to up my protein and a DELICOUS angel food cake with some frozen unsweetened peaches...peaches 78 calories 3/4 cup and angel food cake 89 calories a slice!! I also walked 20 minutes after work on the track. I have arthritis in my knee so it is a little achy but I walked a faster pace today so that probably has aggravated it. Came home and washed dishes and cleaned the kitchen to burn a few calories. Got a big day of cleaning ahead of me tomorrow. Yeah?!:-\
