got up early today. My daughter had to be at school at 6:35.
Walked when I got home did my mile in about 22 minutes, I slowed down at the end. I'm very tired today, didn't sleep well last night

Decided to play catch up on the push-up challenge eventhough I did them yesterday to make-up for last week when I skipped due to working the booth at a corn festival.

I did the 9, rest8, rest,6, rest, 4, then max. Max was at least 7, I did 10. I did more yesterday, but am very tired today. I even went to go take a nap because I was falling asleep looking at cookbooks for ideas, but decided to start a load of laundry and check e-mail first, saw the push-up schedule plan and felt guilty, so no nap did the push ups and have been on the computer since, now it's time to change the laundry again.

I'm still very tired.

busy night tonight Girl scouts after school, then home dinner break (aboust 2 hours) and then karate class.

did my walk this morning, did push-ups from Sat. (I worked a booth at our local festival all weekend, so I passed on push-ups) I carried boxes of books and tables instead over the weekend.

I packed all my food and stayed away from all the yummy corn products available. I was very tempted to get some kettle corn everytime I smelled a new batch popping esp. when Friday's weight was up to 194 I didn't record it I was so mad, however the soup I ate Thurs. night was a little salty so I guess I was retaining. Glad Sat. was back to 192 or I would have caved. Sun was actually 190.4 hit save before changing weight earlier. This morning was 190.4 but before shower after walk, push-ups, a couple hours later and a bathroom trip I reweighed and was 189.6 I'm happier and glad I didn't cheat at the festival. I did treat myself to a 1/2 cup measured out rice last night for dinner with asparagus, sourkraut, and pork roast.

Speaking of food time to go make lunch.

did my walk (very tempted to skip this morning I only got 5.5 hour sleep last night, but knew I'd regret it if I skipped, in fact now planning another walk...I promised my 4 yr old he could go with me, so we'll ask the neighbor if she wants to get out for a walk/ wheelchair ride She is 86 and enjoys getting out some.

I di my push-up plan for the 100push-up challange, I'm not officially in it, but trying to follow it. I'm still feeling the effects from Tues (day 1) so I wasn't sure I could even support myself in the correct position let alone do push ups, but I did.

9 push-ups, rest, 8 up, rest, 6 up, 5 rest, max you can in a row(at least 7) I did 9. My form was much better today, and reps seemed easier at first than I expected, but I didn't go as low as I should have, this I'll build up to. I'm pleased that I could seem any improvement and shocked I did any knowing how sore I am.

My arms/ches to the outside of bra straps in front even with arm pits; back between shoulder blades; and my abs esp. part behind pants zipper area are the three most sore areas I have. These muscles don't see much action in my daily routine prior to this challenge.

I MAY HAVE FINALLY FOUND AN EXERCISE to help FLATTEN that hated behind the zipper area I so desperately need to tone and get rid of. I am shocked how much I feel these muscles. I tried to hold them in to improve my form with doing the push-ups. They actually got a work-out, WOW are the abs screaming at me now, but I'm going to tell this trouble area where to go...that's BYE_BYE _BUY FOREVER!

I won't be at karate tonight because I'm setting up to sell Usborne books at our local festival. I hope I get a lots of sales and home shows booked. I could really use the income.
