Today is March 4 2014..I went to the doctor today and he is a little concerned with my blood pressure and he wants me to keep track of my lower number. when i first got there my blood pressure was 141/101 then he checked it again and the bottom number was down to 90. He said it was a little better but still high. He suggested that I switch to diet soda and a little exercise and tweak eating habits. He reassured me that I would not ever be 114 lbs based on the way my body is built. I am okay with that. I asked what an ideal weight for me was and he said stand in front of the mirror naked and whatever i feel comfortable with is what i should aim for. He told me to start with trying to lose 50lbs. So I am starting this tonight. Good luck to me. And I know I have all the support I need to do this. I just need to believe in myself and want it for myself.
