Okay so today I learned the easiest way to figure the Atkins diet. Meat and veggies! That is simple. Now if I can reduce the amount of cheese and ranch dressing......I will be in great shape!

I worked today as I do every day, and the guy I take care of is a sweets fanatic! It is a challenge every day not to help myself the the snacks and cookies, pie and ice cream. I can't have it now where before I just helped myself. As a binge eater, once I saw it, that's all I wanted and I ate until I quit. We go to restaurants to have lunch and dinner and we always got a glass of wine and dessert. Any time you go out to dinner the portions are sometimes 4 times the regular portion size. Imagine how much food I actually put away over the course of a weekend! Now I eat my salad and my eggs and move on. Today was very hard but it was doable and I am proud I didn't eat things I should not!

Weigh in is tomorrow. Kinda nervous~
