Well, I have failed again. I haven't dieted in 3 weeks. The kids and I have been very sick for 2 weeks and this past weekend i had a rare opportunity for a ladies weekend at the beach and took off for 4 days of sleep, food, fun, and booze. My daughter is still sick and was up most of the night. Between her and my husband snoring, I haven't had any sleep despite the Unisom and allergy meds i took before i went to bed. I spent all day today eating trying to stay awake at work.
I won't get to go by the LA Center until Wednesday. I think i'll get the Celluway....wouldn;t hurt to have a booste although i haven't committed to the control trim i bought a month ago.
Being at the beach this weekend made me realize that summer is coming up and i want to be able to fit in to my two piece by June. With 25 lbs to loose, i don't know how that will happen in 3 months if i don't get my act together NOW!!!!
I am SO lacking motivation and DISCIPLINE!! How can I be more disciplined? I know control trim will help if I feel full....but my eating is emotional right now and i need to get that under control. I feel like i am trapped under this rock that i can't get out from under....
Anybody with ideas and words of motivation, please reply!
