i stopped counting calories and going to gym the last few weeks before/after the guys trip. I can see and feel the pounds. time to restart calorie counting and exercise

haven't used fat secret in a long time! 23 May 11 was before I was married =)
I'm up 12 lbs since those 3 years, but i've also stopped weight lifting, so its mostly flubber now.

i've been slacking again... fatty meals, fast food, lots of snacks (chocolate, ice cream, etc), sugar soda drinks, and alcohol.
I find when I have an extra beer or 2, i don't control my calorie intake as well, and start eating lots of garbage.
Action Plan
Log calories daily, put it on my calendar
1 drink per day cap, weekend exception (pre-workout the calorie diff)
Cut out the fatty foods/snacks (substitute fruit, popcorn, pretzels, etc)
