So frustrated. I have been working out, and eating well. I weight myself after 10 days to find out that I have gained 5lbs when I was fully expecting to go down by about 2!
I am jogging/lifting light weights about 30-45 mins and walking 30 mins about 5 days a week. I am going light on grains - and eating a lot of whole grains (oatmeal) when I do. Tons of veggies, fruit, and fiber. Lean protein - mostly egg white and plain nonfat greek yogurt.
I am eating about 1200 calories a day and burning approximately 400.
WTH!?!?! :(
If there was ever a time I felt like just giving up...this is it.

Down five pounds since my last weight in. Most of that is water weight, but good to see the scale moving again. Next weight in next Tuesday. I would be very happy with myself if I can loose over the holidays instead of gain.
