I don't want to see everybody's food photos when I open this site.
I don't think there's any way around that. It's like Facebook and other platforms that have a running community feed. Before the photos get the better of you, immediately click on something in the right-hand box of choices that are specific to only your account. It will just take a second and you won't be bothered by the food pics.
I don't know the specifics on how this would trigger you, but it sounds like something you could address for the future. After all, we're surrounded by images of food all the time - on paper, TV, film, and right in front of us. It's kind of hard to escape.

I need help with a problem
You had me at "bleeding strange fluids." Have you discussed this with your doctor? Is there something else you could do that would offer the same benefits as walking.. something that will be easier on your legs? If you're looking at raising your heart rate for weight loss, there are other things you can do that won't impact your thighs the way walking is right now. As the weight comes off, you'll notice those thighs won't be interested in each other the way they are now.
Give it time and look for a temporary alternative. It's great to have you here. Keep sharing and reaching out!
