I went to a nutritionist a few days ago and got my macros. I'm really excited because I believe that by following those, I will be able to achieve my goal body. I work out almost every day-lifting weights mostly. I do cardio 3 or 4 times a week. I still have a little fat to lose, but mainly I just want to get toned and gain muscle.
