Went for a walk last night after dinner which felt really good. Did spin for the first time this morning for 45 minutes. Feel like I rod a horse.
Feeling good....especially after I had my Isagenix shake at 8:00 am.
Going to treat myself tonight and have 2 67 Beers. Havent had a drink for over two weeks but meeting up with friends and have picked my drink and my limit.
Overall feeling good. I had a cabbage side dish last night that bloated me up severely but it was so tasty I would eat it again. Found the receipt on this website. Ate it along with a small piece of Cod and 4 stalks of Asparagus. Tasty!!!

I started this program on January 12th. I was 129 pounds. I have weighed in today at 120. The more the days go on my 30 day cleanse, the easier it is for me. I also changed my gym and have made certain I am there at 530 every morning. Started classes there too.
Im certainly happy with my results. I havent taken my measurements again as of yet because I feel a little bloated being on my cycle. I plan to do that on the 26th.
I certainly feel the changes and have already tried on a pair of jeans that I wasnt able to wear for a year and a half.
