so the usual has been between 25-35 carbs. Steamed veggies w/1 tb. of tostados smooth cheese sauce, 4 oz meat, snacks- pepperoni stick, cheese or more veggies. Actionally I have an atkins bar as a meal if my appetite is down or 1/2 of one when I have a sweet tooth

Forgive & Forget, let's start over again. Have Atkins Advantage products left over in my fridge & cupboards so I will try to get inventive. The days I'am less active I will consume less calories but keep at a 20-25 carb day.

Feeling pretty low right now. All those months I've been on a low carb and in just a couple of weeks of stumbling I've gained it back and then some. I think the induction may not have the same affect on me as it did a years ago. So I might try a high fiber low carb diet that allows me to have some carb like whole grains. I will start over tommorow.

Went up alittle feel pretty down, but I will keep on trying! Can't forget that it is that "time" of the month & I have been sneaking dessert at the Sunday potlucks. So back to the bump & grind.
