Up a pound. Whaddya gonna do. However I'm down 4cm in my waist, 6cm in my hips and 7cm in my bust from measurements I took in July. That's pretty neat! (Not too jazzed about losing the bust since I recently bought all-new bras.) I also squatted a new high at the gym yesterday: 95 pounds. I can overhead press the bar, which I wasn't able to do when I started. I'm also improving slightly in bench, and I'm finally confident enough in my deadlift form to start moving up in weight.

Something I need to remind myself is that I've only been at this for a month and a half. A lot of the dramatic before and after pictures I find are at least 6 months apart from each other. This is the first time I've stuck to a diet and exercise plan for longer than a few days (or hours) so I am being a little impatient.

My roommates are picking on me for weighing everything I eat. Whatever, man, all the good stuff is so calorie dense I gotta make sure I'm not eating my RDI in almonds and cheese.
