I entered my information into the food/exercise diary for today. This seems really cludgy for me so I don't often take the time to enter it. The same for the exercise. I did notice today that if you eat many of the same things, you can create a "meal" so that its easier to enter. Same sort of thing with the exercise which will make it easier for me to input something every day. My caloric intake is better than it has been in the past but its still pretty low. I'll keep working on it.
