This weekend was a good one. My daughter came home from school and we harvested our Christmas tree. My family is big into the "tech" side of almost any production, so we all participated in the preformance of the local Christmas Choir presentation. It was beautiful and amazing that we have that much talent in our little community!

I spent the weekend debating whether to continue exercising or to just continue with the "diet" without any additional exercise. After discussions with my hubby and my daughter, I've decided to continue with the exercise in spite of my frustration with my weight loss. They both encouraged me to continue because there are many more advantages than just weight loss, like the benefits of cardio. My hubby told me he has noticed changes in my stomach and butt. We measured all over and I have had a 7 inch overall lose even with no weight loss. The biggest losses are in my rear and my thighs. So... I was up at 5am to get in my hour of exercise before I headed out to work. I now need to work on increasing my veggie intake and eating more snacks during the day so my body will quit hanging onto this fat!
