OK I'M BACK I GOT TO DO THIS I DID NOT GAIN ANYTHING STILL THE SAME. SO THATS A GREAT PLUS FOR ME. HAD A LOT GOING ON IN MY LIFE STILL NOT ALL DONE BUT NOW ITS TIME FOR ME AND ONLY ME. SO ALL THE HELP IS NEEDED. AND BY THE WAY BOOBOOKITTY IS MY DAUGHTER AND I AM VERY PROUD OF HER.

It was a rough week for me. I had a tooth pulled. Did not feel well most of the week. I didn't get to weigh in at weight watchers because of the tooth surgery. I however have a weight watchers scale at home so I weighed myself with my daughter watching. I still lost weight so I am proud of myself.

still to go: 112.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well
