Down a couple of pounds. I stayed under 1700 calories yesterday!
I did have 6 (ahhh) tsps of sugar with my tea last night. I'm working on that. Going to try to avoid the tea tonight. Overall, doing well!

Today is day one of a 21 day challenge thru Daily Burn. It was awesome and terrible at the same time! Starting in at 275 lbs, I've got a long way to go before I reach my 140 lb goal, but one day at a time, I can do it!
I ate moderately healthy today:
Breakfast - Bagel with cream cheese and 16 oz skim milk
Lunch - Salad with 1/4 c red onion, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp bacon bits and approx. 2 tbsp of ranch dressing (homemade using buttermilk dressing, mayo and hidden valley ranch packets). I have no idea how many calories I ate there...
Snack - 1 cheesestick
Dinner - Much less healthy, skillet dinner - potatoes, onion, green peppers and sausage with oil...I usually love this meal, but didn't so much today and a 16 oz glass of Mountain Dew.
Snack - One piece of gum and a large mug of tea (with sugar), but I'm trying to ween myself from the sugar slowly.
All in all, a pretty good day. Oh and I have drank approx. 78 oz of water (not including the tea and other beverages), a HUGE difference from my normal 8. Yikes!!!
