I WOULD BE DISCOURAGED BY NOT LOSING AS MUCH AS I SHOULD, BUT WHEN I LOOK BACK ON MY EATING HISTORY, I'M PROUD TO SAY AT LEAST I HAVEN'T BALLOONED. CONSIDERING THE BINGES AND THE HOLIDAY FOOD CONSUMPTION, BY ALL REALITY I SHOULD HAVE GAINED WAY MORE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO BE CONSISTENT WITH MY WORKING OUT AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO BE CONSCIENCE AB0UT WHAT I PUT IN MY MOUTH. GETTING INTO THE HABIT OF GRAZING.... REALIZE THAT THE WORD DIET IS TRULY A 4 LETTER WORD FOR ME AND I DO BETTER BY JUST WATCHING WHAT I EAT. THE MOMENT THE WORD DIET COMES OUT OF MY MOUTH I GET HUNGRY. I DON'T DO WELL WITH STARVING
