Feeling more energetic these days! I'm working on the Couch to 5k plan, and am on week 1. Next run will be on Tuesday night. Taking Monday off, or maybe just walking. We'll see how I'm feeling tomorrow night. :D

Day 1
Today is my first day tracking what I'm eating. I'm not following the Paleo diet yet, but trying to be good. Some treats today but nothing too crazy. I made Frito Dessert bars for a gathering, so of course I had to try some. Sugar is my downfall, along with coffee creamer. Love my morning coffee!
