Should I lose weight?
I am a guy, I get around 100-150g of protein a day. Basically I just want to be lean, and trim.

Should I lose weight?
I am currently struggling with my weight. I weigh 149 pounds I am 6 foot 2 inches and 19yo. I am fairly active, I run 3-5 miles 6 days a week, weight train 3 days a week and keep busy throughout the day. At the moment I am confused as to how many calories I should consume. I find that I maintain on about 2850 calories a day, and with about 3 weeks, have been averaging 2250 a day. I dropped from 153 pounds, but I still seem to be a little bit "soft", especially in my stomach. I am a low weight, so should I just continue in order to achieve this? I have noticed a big hike in fatigue since I cut back.
