Day One on the Road to Success
Today is day one. I'm starting my day at work and I feel like this is always the hardest time to keep off my weight. I work in food service and I see food everywhere! I keep telling myself just a little nibble. I want to be healthy and the weight loss is a perk. But I really want my body to feel good again.
