Another week gone...another almost pound gone. Can't really complain. I got a new job. I'm going to teach school. I think losing the stress of my current job and being more free to go to the gym might help. Here's to another week!

I haven't checked in for quite awhile. I got really sick for two weeks and just survived, rather than watched what I ate. Then I just haven't gotten back on track until today. I feel like I am totally starting over and everything is tough. I was doing so good at exercising before and my sugar cravings were really under control. Now, not so much. But all I can do is my best and work hard to get back to where I was. I'm really excited to break the 220 pound mark. If I hadn't gotten sick I'm sure I would have hit it already. Once I hit the 200 pound mark, my entire closet opens back up to me. I hate that losing weight takes so much effort and so much time. But I'll never get there, unless I do it.
I am changing my weight in day to Monday.

I pushed myself hard this week. I really want to break that 220 mark! I didn't eat any of my exercise points and I exercised almost double. I have been studying the food guide pyramid and have been making my food choices based on that. I am loving vegetables more and more. In fact, I've started craving them. We went out to eat this week and I got this vegetable sandwich that was to die for! It was incredible. Anyways, I was so excited that I got on the scale a day early just to see the weight loss progress. My weight hadn't change one single ounce. I was so mad, sad and disappointed. All day long I just wanted to eat ice cream and chocolate. I wanted to give up and felt like I was never going to reach my weight goal. But I fought the ice cream and chocolate urge, ran my frustration out on the treadmill and make a peach smoothie to try and curb my lust for ice cream. And then, when I got on the scale this morning, the same time and everything the same as the morning before - I WAS TWO POUNDS LESS! I am so proud of myself for not giving in! I am sooooo happy! It may only be two pounds and I still have so much left to go, but I didn't give up and I didn't give in and it worked!!
