Are you kidding me? Down .2? I need to drop the calories or up the exercise obviously. I'm going to get that rower out tonight. If I don't, then I will drop to 1700 calories tomorrow morning. No, I take that back. I'm dropping to 1700 calories today. 1800 calories is clearly not doing the job. I don't want to restrict too much, just enough for the scale to move, otherwise I will feel restricted and end up binging. So 1700 it is. (I'm still gonna get that rower out tonight. Hope I don't break it.)
