its a lovely day today :)
so this is what happened in the past few days. I started reading the You on a Diet book and let me just say that this is the first time I ever read something reasonable regarding weight loss.
so, I've been following what the book says and I've noticed couple of changes,
1- I have a better mood
2- more energy through out the day
3- I feel more satisfied with my food
4- less bloating
its about eating healthy food and gaining a healthy life style rather than losing weight, I just love it :)
I think i'm going to stick to this diet, I don't want any rapid weight loss followed by weight gain short after, no more yo yo dieting.

I ate more today. I don't think that i'm doing a good job at picking the right food for me.
- one cup of spinach, mixed with yoghurt and light mozzarela cheese. 150 calories
- 2 cups of flavored yoghurt . 300 calories
- 1 cup of corn flakes with vanilla flavored rice milk 225 calories
- and 2 turkey sandwiches : honey oat bread, lots of veggies, lemon and s&p. not sure about the calories but it has alot of carbs.
exercise : just 20 minutes of jumping rope
i'm trying to add more exercise everyday since i'm not really used to exercising. i've stopped doing anything since last january
and I discovered that i'm badly allergic to cottage cheese, and the allergy pills are making me sleepy all day.

I'm feeling very frustrated today... I ate spinach and yoghurt for lunch, grilled meat for dinner and 3 dates as a snack. and my weight keeps raising those two days, i think its water retention so i won't weigh myself this week and i'll start working out 2 hours aday.
My target :
4 MONTHS : 15-20 kilos.
