I've decided to approach losing weight differently. I'm going to take it ten lbs at a time, one month at a time. you all know the old saying, "you cant eat the whole elephant, but bite by bite, you can get the job done." so, ten pounds at a time, I'll see if I can get the job done!

whew, still holding 170. I think that's good. Scary to climb to quickly, then lose to quickly. To unstable. slow, steady wins the race. I think depression is to hard on the body. I hate it. wish I could dump it like a bad disease, oh wait! it is a bad disease! lol, oh well, I'll keep pushing ahead, trying to stay on top and stay positive.

I hope I do better today than I did yesterday. I dont usually drink alcohol. Seems that I lack total control of myself over food and drink. When others around me are partaking, I cant say no. I'm going to have to work on that. I want health over a moment of good times and feeling bad for a long while...

I knew it was wise to not long my weight the other day. Today is weigh in day. I weight 168, two days ago I weighed 166.6....
