I haven't been doing anything different really. I've been trying to work on my online CEU's, 12 hrs, by the end of this week. I have 8 hrs to go. I have started stretching more in the morning b4 I start my day. Good habit to get back into.

Stress is not condusive to weightloss - have to reorder my habits and make a visual of my priorities. Doesn't take long to go downhill does it! :)

My momentum is losing ground... :). 2nd date, out for supper tonight. But had good dinner: green salad w/grated parmesan, olives, tomatoes, and a balsamic italian dressing; and chicken parmesan :D. The other half is for lunch tomorrow. :) But must not date anymore, too stressful, although I'm surprised he was interested in the first place. Well, tomorrow's another day. Good night.

Goofed last night! Had 2 choc covered graham crackers before bed, not long after I said I wasn't going to snack past 7! Gotta quit stress-eating. I have yogurt now, so if I want a snack, I can have that or some V8 juice.
