I messed up on my weight tracker. I started this diet on Jan 1 and weighed 194 lbs. I weighed 153 on June 7th thats a 41 pounds lost. I then have been off the diet since June 7th and I have gained to 163 which is a 10 pound weight gain which I did not do my weight first thing this morning before I ate or drank anything but 10 pounds sounds about correct. I had surgery on the 7th and during recovery and then vacation I did not follow the diet at all. I did watch what I ate during the day but at night I was ice cream bound. I am restarting the diet tomorrow morning since I have to go to the store to buy healthy choices. Anyone out here wanting a diet buddy let me know. So I am looking to lose 23 pounds. Anyone interested in helping out a low-carber let me know.

I am excited that I have officialy lost 39 pounds. I look forward to this last 10 pound loss. I just hate the whole plateau thing.

Hi everyone. New to this site. Came here looking for some low-carb recipes. Carb recipes under 10 grams appreciated. I started this diet on January 3rd and have lost 36 pounds to date and it's so easy. Easter was hard since I have PMS right now and so I allowed myself 2 cookies and two candies. I am back to hitting it hard today so if anyone has any suggestions please post. I am vey interested in a broccoli and cauliflower and cheese soup since it is still very cold here in Ohio.
