Changing my RDI target to "slow weight loss" until next Friday. That gives me a bit more room to enjoy my holiday without (hopefully) falling off the wagon or being discouraged by red arrows.

Still got sinusistis. Craving carbs and sweets and anything to make me feel better. Apart from movie night, mostly managing to keep the calories sensible though. :-)

I am not so smart.
I set this week's mini challenge. So eating lunch at a place where they like to put loads of different things on the plate was not a good idea. Also, chips.
I KNEW they did this and that the meal you get bears only a slight resemblance to the one on the menu, but I went there anyway, because my dad wanted to. And then after ordering, remembered that this week's challenge is to record every single morsel that goes in my mouth.
Took AGES to enter that all into the food diary.
