Hi! I am 42 years old a mother of 7 wonderfully spoiled children, 4 are grown and 3 still at home and I have three grandchildren they are the light of my life. I also have a few hobbies, which include horseback riding, swimming and spending lots of free time playing with my children, and grandchildren. I am also a stay at home mom which makes it hard to maintain my weight like I should, but I am looking to change that with diet and exercise.
