Today I had a cheat meal. It was not planned, but i kind of knew it was going to happen. My mother made one fabulous whole wheat fruit cake and when i was eating my third meal, i gave it a try. But it was like... a BIG try. I could not stop eating, and by the end I ate one big slice. But its ok cause it actually fit my macros someway, i just overpassed my carb intake, but not my net carb intake (far from it, actually). Now Im feeling a little bit guilty but as consequence im going to do one freeletics easy (is there any easy?) workout + one upper body 5 minute workout. THATS IT!
