I am starting my journey over again. I hate that I have to say this again but I do. I have no self control for all the wrong food. I don't know how to stop eating all the high carb foods that are in the house. I need to get all the 'bad' food out of my house so that I can control what I eat. My husband wants me to keep the foods in the house but he barely eats at the house. He never eats breakfast and always eats lunch out. I sometimes cook dinner but I need to start making dinner regularly.

I am going to be eating low carb, keto style. I hope to change my lifestyle choices. I have a very sweet palate that I need to try and change. I hate the taste of splenda so I dont plan to use any of that when I do cook things. I need to reorganize my refrigerator so that I can have snacks at easy grabs.
